Hi,

I have knitted this pattern, and now need to decrease. But I don't understand the abbreviations! Can you please help.

Thanks

I have knit this hat for my son, twice. The first time I was wrapping the yarn in the wrong direction while knitting or purling so the hat came out too tight. The second time it came out perfect and is now his favorite. Thank you

I loved this pattern! I am a beginner, and it turned out perfectly. I used a 80% acrylic, and 20% wool, as I wanted it to survive my son's washing and drying it in his machines. But, I would wear this hat myself. Thank you so much. Aren't son's grand?

Question - if I wanted to make this hat larger (My dad's head is about 25-26 inches around) - how many stitches should I add, and should I increase needle size for worsted weight yarn?

Thanks!

I'd love to knit this for my son-in-law -- it's the perfect pattern for him!. I have a ball of worsted weight wool, 85 gms, 197 yds. Will this be enough? It isn't quite as much as the two balls of Suri Merino which you used. Thanks!

Gorgeous hat! Curious if you wouldn't mind sharing what all the abbreviations mean? I'm a VERY BEGINNER knitter & haven't a clue but would love some help. I really want to try to tackle this hat for someone I love very much. Thanks!
