  8. I discovered your blog while searching for free knitting patterns. Your story is mesmerizing and would make a wonderful LifeTime movie of the week! You are so inspiring and positive! Thanks for sharing your adventures.

I’ve printed a couple of the knitting patterns; can’t wait to get busy on them. Your crafts, artwork and photography are amazing. What a wonderfully talented person you are.

  9. Oh this lovely scene!

  10. hi Firefly–Such sweet little critters you’ve made–I love that you take something around you and make it into something lovely and lovable!

I love this blog–it brightens my spirits, and I think of you often, although I don’t know you!

Reading of how you fell in love and moved (from the western to the eastern side of this USA that we both treasure so much) to “live on a FARM” has endeared you to me and so many others. (I hope that made sense–I’m not the word-crafter that you are!)

Your story is such an interesting one, and you’ve been so kind to share it, and your recipes and patterns and just LIFE, with us. I hope you can write a book about it someday–how exciting it would be! You have many talents, and you’ve been so dear to share your bounty with the people around you and the ones of us on the web as well.

Just had to say all that because I comment so rarely, but lurk and enjoy you and this lovely place so much!

  11. Hope your thanksgiving was wonderful! The critters are soooo cute!

  12. absolutely adorable and thank you for the recent note you sent me, I hope your thanksgiving was blessed!
