I used your recipe for pumpkin bread this weekend, using the mix of sugars since I didn’t have Splenda on hand. The bread turned out great and my family all liked it. My DH likes it better than the recipe I’ve made for years. This will be the one I use from now on!

This bread was yummy!! I used the real sugar mix with a little less brown sugar. I also used one real egg and one egg substitute (Land O Lakes Egg Lovers). It came out great, it needed the full 75 mins for me though. I cooled it for 20 mins before my boyfriend noticed the wonderful smell filling the house, but I guess he was a little be preoccupied with the football!!
I check the recipe books I have around the house and didn’t have all the ingredients for thier pumpkin bread, then I remembered your website. I was telling my boyfriend about your blog and he requested I try some of your other recipes. Thanks so much for sharing!
